If you are trying to subscribe to another calendar that was created by yourself or another user append the secondary calendar's name to the end of the location. Outlook 2010, OWA and IMAP all work fine with this mailbox. The log files showed the connection timing out. All other mailboxes were working except this one. Email, Calendar and Contacts all stopped synchronizing.

There seems to be a bunch of code in there to deal with some non-standard mangled cookies that can get sent back and that code doesn't seem to be working any more because cookie.getDomain () now gives back a string that's bigger than the host string.
The above instructions also will only subscribe you to the default Exchange/OWA calender for the specified username. The problem is this started around May 1st, the owner’s iPhone stopped syncing with Exchange. Granting other users permissions to your calendar would need to be done via full Outlook or OWA using Internet Exploder as all other browsers only get the OWA Lite interface.
